Mr Shamsul told me to apply the outcome on the name of the surahs in the Qur'an instead of applying it on a translated versions of the Qur'an.

REFLECTION

Experiences
First of all the module for this semester has been really rush as we have a lot of projects and assignments to cover. Last semester, I didn't do really well for typography as it is all new to me. Now, I am more confident in my works as I have a little bits of foundation to it. For my exercises, I felt like I understand more what I'm doing and how the exercise should be done. As for the project I really enjoyed working on it since my work key artwork got approved really fast so didn't have to rush with the work which I felt I did a good job with this project. And finally for the final project I had a REALLY hard time doing it due the lack of time I had because of spending so much time to find a good idea but I was I'm still satisfied with the final result of the typeface, not the application.

Observation

Compared to last semester, I observed that my understanding towards this module has increased a lot. I understand more on what we are supposed to do. I also worked a lot faster and I learnt to document my work in a neat way including details and processes.

Findings

Surprisingly I found that I enjoyed this module the most for many reasons. First, the feeling of understanding what I'm doing even my mistakes made the work really enjoyable, Second, most of the modules of this semester were really dry, And last but not least is that Mr Vinod was really nice to us this semester and he was more patient in giving us feedbacks and suggestions, I'm really grateful to him to him and to Mr Shamsul for teaching and guiding us.
